Schedule change agent

Montreal ( 100% WFH ), Quebec

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide travel counselling support and make outbound calls as may be required.
  • Offer the best travel experience to our clients by offering alternatives to their travel plans
  • Collaborate with, and learn from, our experienced team of travel consultants to deliver an exceptional service experience
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to best service the customer
  • Contribute to business objectives and service levels through efficient customer interaction
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, educate the customer where applicable to limit future contacts
  • Handle any complaints and deal with them in a calm and professional manner while suggesting alternative solutions
  • Build and maintain rapport with customers

 

Skills & Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Independent, fast learner, who can also work within a team
  • Customer service oriented
  • Accepts constructive feedback
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years working in the Travel & Tourism Industry
  • Call Centre experience will be an asset
  • Corporate Travel experience will be an asset. 
  • Proficient in AMADEUS
  • Knowledge of native SABRE 
  • Must have valid TICO certification
  • MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook 
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
