· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a travel consultant/travel manager
· Advanced understanding of Sabre
· Advanced knowledge of Airfares
· Advanced knowledge of calculating adcols
· The ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously
· Proven ability to meet KPI targets
· Dispute resolution experience
Nice to have:
· Amadeus experience
· A high level of geographic knowledge, particularly Australia and Asia
· Ticketing knowledge
